Pros and cons of U-verse app for iPhone and iPad
U-verse app good for
In a world where most apps are a pain in the butt, this one is so easy to use. I often need it to either set something to record or check that it is set. And the interface is so intuitive its very easy to navigate.
This app works fine for me. Its got a few quirks that I wish AT&T would address, but it largely does what I need it to do.
Biggest issue is that you cant watch your recordings away from the house. Not sure why I can watch live TV data free but I cant watch my own recordings.
Fix that, and this is easily a 5-star app.
Since Iv had U-verse Ive never had any problems with it. I like it. Works for me.
I mostly use this app to schedule recording of shows while Im at work. It works great for that. I have watched some live tv on it it and that works ok. But its not a lot of options the app offers for live tv watching so thats the downside.
Easy to use and very helpful when you forget to record a show
The U-verse app is good, would be better if all channels were able to load when wanting to watch live TV
Some bad moments
The latest version is awful. Its unusable! Now when I try to watch live tv, it skips and pauses and video/sound goes out of sync constantly. I want the old version back that didnt have this problem!
We want to be able to view live programs internationally, just like Dish Anywhere. Thank you.
cant even open the app, immediately crashes. What a POS!!!!!!
This app doesnt let me watch anything on T-Mobile network no matter how good my signal is and I still have high speed data along with my extra data stash.
I was just notified that my bill is due so I went in to schedule a payment. The option to change the payment date is not there. Please leave you at alone once you fix that. Every time you change it something else messes up.
I was using the previous version of this app. It worked perfectly. Then they made me upgrade to his version which wont even load. If it aint broke dont fix it!! THIS VERSION STINKS
