Can’t move along the guide
Guide has not worked/displayed episode for over a month. Makes it difficult to select a program when you have no way to know what episode is showing.
I cannot even see any channels now under guide. Why did you have to change the app. The u-v service didn’t change so why mess the app up. You pay all this money and can’t even get what you need. This is ridiculous!!!
Dose not show if you create a conflict. Needs to have scheduled shows in the guide.

For a long time the app actually worked. For a couple of weeks there is no programming visible on the Guide. It is impossible to find what is on any channel. You need to fix this.
Have to log in everyday. I am not very happy. What are you going to about this issue? Why don’t my local channels show on the app. Also some of the other stations are not showing up. When are you going to fix this. Today is 2/18/25 I am not able to see what is on each channel. It shows the channel number but not what is playing on that channel. Please fix this.
The app was never a 5-star product, but now it’s completely useless to me. I get nothing in the guide. I can’t set anything to record when I’m away from home. I can’t see what’s recorded already or manage those recordings. What’s the point of the app except as an advertising platform?
After the latest iOS Update the guide portion of the app no longer displays the shows on the channels. The channels are there just not the shows
(Feb'25) I used to use this app frequently. Since an update awhile back the app looks completely different, doesn't include local programming, and often won't load at all, even the guide. I thought it might get fixed but it's been months. Every time I try to use it, my effort ends in frustration and disappointment. Don't bother.
Like everything else with att the app doesn’t work at all ! You pay for their services and nothing works correctly! Fix it !
ATT got lucky. With release of iOS 18.3 the Guide once again works. Shows can be seen and you can set up recordings successfully again.
This app used to have a remote and used to function and allow you to play every channel live now it does absolutely nothing. There’s no remote and I can’t even see any shows in the guide. I can’t watch but a handful of shows live (when the app worked), and I can’t schedule a recording or delete recordings. AT&T, get your act together. If streaming becomes less cost effective than cable, I may convince my family to move to a different cable provider.
What does this app no do should be the question. The guide is totally useless. It displays only a few channels. The search functionality provides poor results.
Worst App ever!! And they call themselves a technology company?! How could it be so hard to get this to work. It shows nothing in the Guide therefore unable to record anything remotely. It is absolutely the worst.
Why is this app so bad. Took years to get halfway usable and not does not work. Nothing will load. Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset iPad, nothing works. Can’t delete old recordings either now. C’mon fix this.
This app does not even deserve one star, but unfortunately, I had to give it one in order to write a review. I was able to download the app, it recognizes my username and password; however, then will not open. I was excited to download this as I did not want to spend over $100 on a new remote. Such a letdown.
The newest “update” makes this app look like a facade. Guide doesn’t work, hardly able to record anything, support link leads to a website that isn’t anymore. What a joke AT&T.
The prior app was bad but at least moderately functional. With the newer app, nothing shows on the guide, including half the local channels, making it impossible to record anything. Makes me want to ditch Uverse and just use streaming.
You can’t watch tv with this app. You only can record show. What use is that for? I want to watch tv when not at home using the service I pay for. Get it together UVERSE!!!!

The channel guide does not show up on my iPhone
This app lists the channel on the guide but no listing of shows so you can’t record from the app. It used to work. Typical of AT&T customer care.
I updated app and it isn’t showing my channels on guide nor my recordings. For the $$$ I pay monthly as a customer since 2009, FIX this supposed service app. This is ridiculous!
Once again worthless. What good is this when it will not list content? No shows or ability to record. This is 100% junk again. Update weeks later. Still shows no content under guide. What is the purpose of this app. Can not see what is on or record. Update this junk already!!
Not sure if it’s a real app or a hack. If it’s real it still an embarrassing piece of garbage. Guide does not load (tried everything) & support link goes into a black internet page. What ever happened to classic top notch AT&T? The whole management team need to be kicked out. Should be negative 100 stars, very sad!
For whatever reason my app does not work even though I am literally at home but the app says “not in home country”

Holy Moly! This is a totally unfunctional app. Not sure what it supposed to do. It has no function and does it poorly. Who looked at this and said…”I think tens of thousands of customers should get this”. It is unusable, unintuitive, and unattractive. Shockingly bad. [I am updating this because it stinks that much]
This app used to be great. It is so bad now, I would give it negative stars if that were an option.
Does this app work for anyone? Not all of my stations are listed on the guide (like my PBS station) then when I schedule a recording in the app, it never shows that it is scheduled.
How in the world do I find the remote function with the new update?? It simply doesn’t exist. My physical remote doesn’t work. I can’t change change channels or anything. Really frustrating

On most attempts the guide does not load which makes the app useless. I much preferred the old version. At least the guide worked. Update: For a short while the guide was working and I could see what programs were scheduled to be recorded. Now after latest update, I have no content in the guide again. Please fix this!
New version is TERRIBLE! So difficult to record from it. No local channels. I’d give it no stars if possible. What are the developers thinking? Do they use the app? Are we ever going to get the local channels back?
After last update I cannot record content via app. Now the guide has no content listings! Please fix! Quickly , please. Still no fix as of today! December 19,2024. Still no fix! As of 12/21/24
When I thought they finally had this fixed, once again nothing. Maybe you could get a third-grader to take over. They surely could do better.
I used to be able to set shows to record remotely. Now I can’t even see what’s scheduled to record. Latest update makes the app completely useless. There is not one thing I’ve found that it can do. What a joke in today’s world.
I was very critical of the app for many years. They finally got it right with this latest update! The app works great. Bravo!
I used to love this app until 2 yrs ago and it became worthless. It was briefly fixed and now back to not being useable. For what I pay for Uverse they should have an app that actually works. I’m done with ATT and I WILL NOT be going to Direct TV. I’m gone. How can the app have a 4.7 rating when all reviews for the past 2 yrs have only given it a 1 star? What 5 star ratings are there you can tell by the comments that they used the rating scale backwards.

The AT&T U-verse app should get zero stars. I believe that AT&T has intentionally ruined U-verse and this app because they are trying to force people to switch to DirecTV. How else can you explain why the so-called update actually made the app functionality significantly worse? They have eliminated every feature that people frequently used and actually liked about an otherwise terrible app. Why would you sabotage your own product that way if you weren’t trying to make people hate it so much that they would be forced to switch to another service out of frustration? The wheels have been in motion on this project ever since AT&T bought out DirecTV. Change my mind AT&T. Prove me wrong by fixing this app. I seriously doubt that will happen.

I have had the app for a while, and it has never worked for me. I tried it again, and it must have updated because it looks different. I can make a list of favorites and look at my recordings, but the guide tab does nothing. Most of my favorites show up as ‘not subscribed to’, but I have all of these channels on my AT&T on my tv. I can’t figure out how to get the guide to work and how to watch any of the channels on my iPad. I tried to ‘chat’ online with support but got nowhere.

My remote has several buttons not working well. The U-verse page advises you to use your phone as a remote using this app. But that is no longer a feature of the app. And when I try to request a replacement remote through the AT&T app I get nowhere.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have 100+ recordings on my tv, and would love to watch on the app when I’m traveling. However, the app isn’t showing any of them smh. And the shows aren’t available on demand, despite airing this week. Pointless app!
