Terrible app and service

The app crashes constantly. I thought it was my internet connection but HBO GO or Netflix work perfect.
Then, you cant see all the channels your paying for (local channels or even the premiums you ad to your package).
You can waste an afternoon calling customer service but they are even more useless that this crappy app.
Last month I used TWC app and its a much, much better. Hire the person that designed that app ASAP!
