This is the worst app

May have to change providers after this debacle of an app. Black screen a lot of the times, constant messages that the video "cannot be played at this time. Try back in a moment". And now the cherry on top - when scrolling though live tv listings and trying to click on something to watch, the app freezes, crashes and has to be closed.

Extremely poor service

The only thing AT&T is good at is sending your bill on time! The app is terrible, from a lack of navigation capabilities to multiple crashes, it is impossible to watch a show without being interrupted by multiple ads and other marketing gimmicks AT&T is making you pay for. Dont waste your time with this app or U-verse in general, AT&T is simply poor in performance and slow in resolving any issues, by the time you receive an answer, you could be enjoying a more reliable service from any other cable company

They made it worse!

It was decent before. For the last couple times I wanted to watch, it just didnt work. I wanted to watch FS1 and it kept showing me FS2. The idea of an app is great, now AT&T needs better execution.

Pointless

This app is pointless the only good thing about it was being able to watch stuff live anywhere but lately it will be extremely off sink with what is playing and you have to close it out which then you miss parts of what your watching and sometimes it will just freeze up all together and you will have to close it out for up to a minute missing parts of what your watching and youll have to do this many times when you watching something even as short as a half hour

Ive used this app for quite awhile and its been pretty good, but recently it wont play any movies and is very slow and is just terrible!

App update

App worked until update on 4/14/16 now just get invalid certificate error. 99.9 percent reliability commercial needs to go home service isnt any better. Signal has a million errors per hour according to att own service techs.

Worth the Cost - Zero

Doesnt work now. Didnt work yesterday. Hasnt worked any day for more than a short time without crashing or fails to connect despite repeated re-boots and re-installs. U-verse bill is all you can depend on.

Exceedingly Poor

This is a completely frustrating and exceedingly poor app. The number of times I attempt to use the service I pay a lot of money for by watching something on my iPhone, the app will completely bombed out to black screen. Or it will attempt to load something Im trying to watch, bomb out, and then I go back to try to reload it and get the message that I have exceeded the number of streams and to try back later. Stop taking my money if you cannot provide the services that you offer.

Token!?

Logging into the app with my login credentials says I dont have a secure token!? Does this on wifi, LTE, doesnt matter. Fix this now AT&T, Im already thinking about switching back to Dish anyhow and this doesnt help.

Doesnt work after this update!!!

I pay a lot for U-Verse and use this app a lot and after this update it doesnt work at all now! Please fix this AT&T!!! I would give zero stars if I could.

This new version of the ATT U-verse app does not work!!

I would love to be able to give this app a good review, but unfortunately I cannot. The newest version of this app simply does NOT work; it worked great before, but unfortunately you took something that worked perfectly fine and completely broke it and rendered it completely useless. Ive tried to get to the support area and that does not help either. Ive tried to login several times and even uninstalled the app and re-installed it and that still produces an error message. You need to get this fixed as soon as possible. We as customers pay a lot for our U-verse service and you talk up one of the additional benefits of having U-verse is being able to have this app to use and yet now we simply cannot longer use this app. This error needs to get fixed immediately!! There really is no reason that you would be launching an app that does not work. You are a technical communications company and this simply should not be happening.

Best app ever

This app rocks!!! I know it has a few bugs but people need to lighten up a bit at least you can get TV on the go. And U-verse rocks
