This stinks

I was using the previous version of this app. It worked perfectly. Then they made me upgrade to his version which wont even load. If it aint broke dont fix it!! THIS VERSION STINKS

Terrible app and service

The app crashes constantly. I thought it was my internet connection but HBO GO or Netflix work perfect. Then, you cant see all the channels your paying for (local channels or even the premiums you ad to your package). You can waste an afternoon calling customer service but they are even more useless that this crappy app. Last month I used TWC app and its a much, much better. Hire the person that designed that app ASAP!

Cool to watch live TV, but cant watch recordings - even the ones scheduled from the TV side

So far so good.

Im glad they continue to offer streaming that doesnt count against the data plan. Its fair and the right thing to do.

Works for Me

I have not had any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. I like that I can schedule recordings, see what has been recorded and even watch stuff on demand. I do wish there was a way to actually watch my recordings though. I have had the app for many years and must say that AT&T keeps making it better and better with each update/upgrade.

I liked it better when I could use it.

Now, whenever I open it, immediately crashes. Whoever tested the update out shouldnt even have a job.

This app was working great. After update, it crashes immediately!!!! Ever time!!! Ive tried everything. Still crashes!!!

Force closes every time

Used to like this app pretty well...new version force-closes within seconds of opening. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling and doing a hard restart of my iPad without success. iPad Air 2 128gb and running iOS 9.3.

Wont even open

This app is useless!!! I was forced to update from an app that worked to one that wont even open. It crashes instantly when trying to open. This needs to be pulled from the App Store. Why is ATT charging for online service that is nonexistent? Oh yeah, because they care nothing about their customers.

New update makes the app not work at all

I use an older iPad and never had issues before the new forced update. I have IOS 9.3.5 And it is up to date for this older model. Now the app will crash every time I try to use it. Very disappointing.

What happened?

Can no longer use this app to set up recordings. Older versions worked okay. What happened?

Hey AT&T, you messed this one up!!!

October 19, 2016 - Adding that I have an iPhone6, running iOS 9.2.1. AT&T. Please fix the app. I pay A LOT for Uverse. I want this to work. Previous - AT&T used to be fantastic. Then they grew up, and became a pain. This app WAS great! Now it just shuts down. Same problem as everyone else. Hey AT&T, fix it! What gives? Part of the reason I pay ridiculous money for Uverse is because of this app. Im out of contract. I pay for 45mbs for Internet, and it became terrible; In fact, that was just before this app became terrible. Hmmmm. Fix your problems quick. Or Im out.

Huge disappointment.

Ive had U-verse for the longest time. I just download the new upgrade and change my username and password. I cant seem to sign in at all. Ive waited two weeks, changing my password, having a temporary password. Nothing works on the app. It says that the username and/or password are not correct, yet I can sign in with the same username and password to pay my bill. Weird.

Horrible!!! Says service is temporarily unavailable!!

This app is garbage!!! When trying to login it says app is temporarily unavailable and to try again later!! FIX THIS!
