Turned to Garbage

All of a sudden cant sign in, constant error message that mobile network not available at this time....for 5 days!! No customer service, no FB replies!

Does not work!

This app no longer works! What gives ATT? Used to work perfectly. Now I cannot connect to my receivers to use the remote. Redding the reviews it looks like a big fail on your part.

Great app!

I wanted to give this a poor rating and was ready to do so because I was experiencing many of the frustrations that others have since the update (mine was stalled on "installing" for 3 days!). Ive always loved this app and was disappointed until I tried one last thing before I was ready to complain. I decided to TURN OFF THE iPHONE and RESTART IT and this WORKED great! Love the remote control features!

Ummm... Bad. Just bad.

Unfortunately, we have AT&T at home which means THIS is the app we are stuck with. For now. At this point we need to consider how much we really want to stay with AT&T since other providers have produced much more intuitive and (lets face it:) basically FUNCTIONING services in the past. However, there is NOT ONE feature on this app that works as expected. The remote feature has NEVER worked despite numerous attempts to configure/ reconfigure. The live stream is a joke. Its like television tango - three steps forward, spin, go back a step or two, pause, and the same three steps forward again. In addition, the channel line up does not mirror what we pay for on our home system. So please tell ME AT&T, exactly WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?

Even if you never had this app installed it still wont work

What a POS. AT&T should be ashamed of their garbage app and garbage website.

Have to agree with others

This used to be a great app very stable no issues. New version not so much. You have to choose a receiver for the remote function every time you go to it. It used to hold the setting until you chose to change it. When you go to another app then return any setting you had are dropped. Frustrating.

Sure would be nice if it PLAYED a recorded show. Otherwise it is pretty useless

Just need the app to play a show we recorded while we are at the house with the uverse account. It seems ridiculous that it cant do that or if it does it is by far the most hidden feature in the app

Whats going on?!

I used to enjoy using this app for on demand and live tv. Unfortunately, I cant recall when the last time both features worked.

Pathetic!

It probably doesnt work for most of us because AT&T is getting rid of Uverse and this is just part of their efforts to push its subscriber base over to its DISH satellite service. If they really wanted it to work, Im sure it would be. Its worked in the past but now it doesnt...hmmm.

Worst app

For a company with so much money but yet care so little about their customers that they cant fix this useless app. Get it together att.

Newest version crashes

Doesnt work. App crashes. How can such a big company like att be so terrible maintaining this app?

Wish there was a half star. This app doesnt even allow video to work anymore. A complete piece of crap

Dont waste your time

I used to like the app. I liked the option of being able to watch live TV in the app, but now the app doesnt work. I dont know what happened, but until UVerse releases an updated version that works save the space on your device, its not worth it.

Freezes and Restarts Repeatedly

Update 4/18/16. We continue to use on demand and experience the same issues with freezing - AND THIS IS ON THE AT&T NETWORK. But rest assured, each time the service restarts, you get to see between 30 seconds and up to 2 1/2 minutes of commercials and ads - even if you just viewed them. THE ADS ALWAYS SEEM TO WORK FINE, but they bring additional money into AT&T over the inflated rates users already pay. 10 minutes of ads to 10 minutes of on-demand programming and unreliable internet access at speeds way below what I pay for - you are starting to make Xfinity seem appealing. Too bad all the providers are the same. They take your money and provide less than optimal service. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig. Take care of your customers, we just want want we pay for, nothing more or less. Original Review Same issues as shar247. The latest version locks up, starts multiple streams (using excessive data), and restarts from the beginning of the video. Loaded with commercials. In addition to problems with the app, UVerse service rates 1 out of 100. I cant believe I am saying this, but UVerse needs to take lessons from Xfinity/Comcast. In regards to the service, placed order almost 2 months before installation date and they still screwed up the order and werent ready. Then it has taken an additional 5 months, almost a dozen technician visits to my home, probably 24-36 attempts with their self-service app (TS&R), and many phone calls to get my service almost working. After all this, not even credited for the equivalent of one months service, even though the problems were found to be with the circuit packs in their vault and connector issues in the pedestal (so many technicians working the case that they loosened the wires and failed to secure the punch down block or damaged it). I was told I needed to talk to the installation and repair manager to arrange credit, but both of the mangers dont return calls. As I told the rep in the AT&T mobile store (who after asking me what I thought of UVerse and issued a $50 credit because nothing had been credited to my account after 5 months) , as soon as my contract is up, I will cancel my service because of their horrible service (nice people, but DEFINITELY NOT GETTING THE SERVICE THAT I AM PAYING FOR.

Make app work with iOS 7. Not everyone updates their old devices...

Over time, updating old iPhones and iPads to latest iOSs slows them down and they cant be reverted. Its like trying to install Windows 10 on a PC designed for windows 95. The hardware isnt good for running it. Yet app developers, like this one, continue to change the apps to not work with older versions. That means Ill no longer use it. Im not going to slow my device performance and risk having to get a new one to retain the speeds I have now, in order to use a specific app.

New version of the app prevents the app from opening. Fix asap.

Love it. This app is so useful. I love the ability to schedule a recording from my iPhone and the remote control are great.

Im disappointed

So, sometimes the app works, sometimes it doesnt. I like watching On Demand on my phone when Im not home but the app freezes all the time and theres commercials and I sometimes get commercials 8 or 9 times during a show

Bad app on phone iPad app works

Doesnt keep receiver info doesnt have an off switch. App is buggy and needs lots of help
