Idk why this app is so bad. First of all how hard would it be to watch recorded shows on phone?Im sure att should have the resources to make a decent app that works. Just horrible, the remote doesnt even work as it always loses connection within a few seconds too.

This app has more checks to make sure that you arent using it on a jailbroke phone or that you dont have this app or that app installed it keeps us from using it. If I have Uverse let me use the damned app on my phone regardless of what I have on it. Its not your business. Your app is going down hill due to your paranoia.

I tried logging in and it doesnt let me. I get a message that says. "app temporary out of service" this message has been spearing for the last two weeks. Un-Installing for now

Horrible app doesnt even work at all fire your developers NOW!!! So many updates and still cant get it to work this is laughable!

Once you select a receiver it want let you change if you have multiple receiver in your home.

Still, after this latest update. "Every time I start the app now my favorites are gone. Have to restart to make them appear again.,

The Live Play is not working on many of the authorized channels. Worked fine on the previous version of the app. Quality Control, Quality Control, Quality Control.

I posted a glowing review when the latest update came out because I could actually connect to my network which makes the app worth having but sadly it didnt fix the problem. The only way to connect is to reboot the u-verse gateway then it will recognize my phone but only for a very short time. It makes no sense to me why this cant be corrected. Att u-verse has another app called easy remote that connects every time. Sadly the remote app its not much and on an iPhone not very useful. Hopefully someone in arts app support area will step up and give us an app that is fully functional.

Love this App. Ive never had issues. I can set up the shows I want to record. I can watch sports while my kids watch tv. Its great. It would be nice if you could watch your recorded shows on the app though.

Last version worked fine this version does notnwork on iphone 5s running ios 9

This app is complete garbage. Dont wast your time.

Ive got experience in software development where problems are most likely due to poor requirements. To build this app they only had to establish connectivity and mimic an existing device. The requirements are straightforward. To screw the pooch to the extent the current version has done couldnt be an accident. A team of Forrest Gumps would do better than this. I cant understand what the motivation is or was but I think they screwed this up on purpose. You know they beta tested the app and had to have gotten feedback similar to the reviews noted here by others. Despite the bug report they they must have decided to throw it over wall and deal with the consequences. I know its hard to hate cable companies more than we do now but we must gather our resolve and go deeper into the pool of hatred. To a certain extent Im embarrassed to write this review. The overwhelming majority of friends under 35 dont subscribe to cable. They get everything online and go to sports bars for athletic events. Its time to get off my butt...

So it frequently stays on a black screen loading and what I think Ive realized is that its a rights issue from being outside the home..because some stations will load and others wont and its always the same stations affected. I disagree with it, but at least I understand the rights issue. The problem is, the app never tells you thats whats going on, it just keeps acting as if its loading and never time out or tells you youre outside the home and cant watch it. Mom has time warner cable, dad has uverse so Ive used both apps and the time warner cable is in a whole different league.
